Shriram Transport Finance raises 1.9B rupees via issuance of notes

Shriram Transport Finance Co. Ltd. raised 1.90 billion Indian rupees through an issuance of notes.

The notes were priced with a coupon of 8.10% per year and are due 2023. The issuance was consolidated and forms a single series with 6.50 billion rupees of notes previously issued on March 8.

The notes were issued under the company's 50.00 billion rupee medium-term note program.

As of March 21, US$1 was equivalent to 65.21 Indian rupees.
