Freddie Mac prices $981M of structured pass-through certificates

Freddie Mac has priced an offering of $981 million in structured pass-through K-073 certificates backed by multifamily mortgage-backed securities.

The certificates are expected to settle on or about Feb. 28.

The K-073 certificates are backed by corresponding classes issued by the FREMF 2018-K73 mortgage trust and guaranteed by Freddie Mac. The trust will also issue certificates consisting of the class X2-A, class X2-B, class B, class C, class D and class R certificates, which will not be guaranteed by Freddie Mac and will not back any class of K-073 certificates.

Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC and Citigroup Global Markets Inc. are acting as co-lead managers and joint book runners. Academy Securities Inc., Barclays Capital Inc., Hunt Financial Securities and Merrill Lynch Pierce Fenner & Smith Inc. are the co-managers.
