Diviso Grupo Financiero places 8M Peruvian soles of short-term debt

Diviso Grupo Financiero SA said it placed short-term debt instruments worth 8.0 million Peruvian soles on March 13.

The series H debt was placed through a private offering, according to a filing that did not disclose additional details.

The placement follows a 2.0 million soles issuance of series F bonds in February.

As of March 13, US$1 was equivalent to 3.26 Peruvian soles.
