Dubuque, Iowa-based Heartland Financial USA Inc. appointed Barry Orr to its board, the Telegraph Herald reported.


Rock Valley, Iowa-based Premier Bank elected Mat Langenberg, Andrew Mozena, Jeff Streinz and Krista Thier to its board, the Telegraph Herald reported.

Langenberg and Mozena serve at the bank as senior vice president, commercial and retail banking, respectively.

Thier is vice president, estimator and safety director at Taylor Construction Inc.


Pittsburgh-based F.N.B. Corp. hired Christopher Chan to be director of corporate strategy.

Chan most recently served as a portfolio manager at Balyasny Asset Management LP.


Pasadena, Calif.-based CIT Bank NA unit OneWest Bank FSB named Rolland Mattoon director of small business.

Mattoon joins from JPMorgan Chase & Co. where he recently was vice president and business banking area manager.


Laredo, Texas-based International Bancshares Corp. appointed Rudolph Miles to its board. Miles succeeds Peggy Newman, who retired.

Miles will also serve as a member of the asset/liability, investment, balance sheet management, funds management/liquidity interest rate and profit-sharing committees.

Miles was a director at unit Commerce Bank until June.


Warren, Pa.-based Northwest Bank named Mark Reitzes executive vice president and head of commercial banking.

Reitzes was commercial banking division head and regional president for Huntington National Bank.


Hanover, N.H.-based Ledyard Financial Group Inc. elected Jay Benson to its board, effective July 16.

Benson is the CEO of Simon Pearce (U.S.) Inc.


Wilmington, Del.-based WSFS Financial Corp. unit WSFS Bank hired Bryan McNamara and Perry Sutton.

The two join the bank's subsidiary WSFS Wealth Investments Group.

McNamara most recently was a financial consultant at AIG/Valic.

Vice President and financial adviser Sutton joins from Citizens Bank where he served as a financial consultant.

Financial services

Geller Advisors LLC hired Scott Bush and Mark Rubin to leads its major business areas.

Bush joins as head of client development from JP Morgan Asset Management where he was managing director.

Rubin will serve as head of tax and joins the firm from FTI Consulting Inc., where he was a senior managing director.


New Mountain Finance Corp. director Kurt Wolfgruber died June 17. The company has started the search for his replacement.

Rome Arnold succeeded Wolfgruber as chairman of the audit committee.


ECN Capital Corp. director Donna Toth resigned, and the company appointed Karen Martin to the board.

Martin recently retired from Element Fleet Management Corp.


Canaccord Genuity Group Inc. added Sally Tennant to its board.
