Argenta Syndicate Management Ltd. appointed Bradley Knight to lead a team of underwriters that will develop a book of casualty business on behalf of Lloyd's Syndicate 2121.

He will be joined by senior class underwriters Hugh Sprowson, Andy Palmer, Matt Waghorn, Ken Rowlands and Duncan King.

Knight and his team previously underwrote a portfolio of financial institutions, professional indemnity, North American specialty and casualty treaty business at another Lloyd's managing agency.

Argenta Syndicate Management is a subsidiary of Argenta Holdings Ltd.

She will provide transactional and risk advisory solutions to the company's financial institutions clients in the U.S.

Quintal served as the financial institutions industry leader at Aon PLC.

Moger previously served as the managing director at U.K.-based managing general agency Magenta Insurance.

Agency Network Exchange LLC named Kevin Grove regional director and Frank Vetrano director of membership, Insurance Business America reported.

Grove will manage relationships with the company's members in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. He will also work to expand the company's footprint in central Pennsylvania, while Vetrano will lead its expansion into New York, according to the report.

Grove served as the regional director for Pennsylvania at Travelers Cos. Inc. Vetrano was a regional vice president at Hanover Insurance Group Inc.

FM Global appointed James Galloway executive vice president.

He replaces Chris Johnson, who has retired from the post. Galloway will oversee the company's international operations and its AFM division, which provides commercial property insurance for the middle market.

Galloway served as a senior vice president and division manager for AFM at FM Global. He will be replaced by Gerry Alonso, effective Feb 1.

Alonso serves as the division manager for the eastern U.S. at FM Global.
