Firestone recovers largest diamond to date at Liqhobong mine

Firestone Diamonds Plc recovered a 110-carat, gem-quality, light yellow diamond, its largest diamond to date, during the ramp-up phase at its 75%-owned Liqhobong diamond mine in Lesotho.

In mid-February, the company sold all of the 75,936 carats offered in the first sale of diamonds recovered from the Liqhobong mine.

The group believes that this confirms the large-stone potential of Liqhobong.
