Benjamin Wallace has left JPMorgan Chase & Co., where he was a managing director in M&A, to join Goldman Sachs Group Inc. later in 2018, Business Insider reported Aug. 29, citing people familiar with the matter.
Wallace joined JPMorgan in 2006 and began serving as managing director in 2016. He specialized in healthcare deals and also worked on shareholder defense and activism.
He has worked on more than $500 billion in announced transactions, according to a 2017 bio from Harvard Business School, the report added.
