Mercer Global Advisors acquires CCP

Denver-based Mercer Global Advisors Inc. acquired Palatine, Ill.-based wealth management firm CCP Inc.

CCP serves about 100 households with AUM of about $140 million, according to a news release.

Steve Roberts, owner, president and chief compliance officer of CCP, will be joining Mercer Global Advisors' team along with Carin Pankros Roman and the entire CCP staff. The firm will also consolidate with Mercer Global Advisors' existing office in Chicago.
