Brazil's Banco Daycoval places 2B reais in debt

Banco Daycoval SA issued notes for 2.00 billion reais on March 12, according to a company filing.

The debt was offered in four groups of bonds, each for 500 million reais, with maturities ranging from about two years to five years.

The issuance was the seventh emission of its kind by the bank and was coordinated by Banco Santander Brasil, Banco Bradesco BBI and XP Investimentos.

As of March 12, US$1 was equivalent to 3.81 Brazilian reais.
