Ex-NFL player nominated to MidWestOne board; Comerica Bank exec retiring

* Iowa City, Iowa-based MidWestOne Financial Group Inc. said that the nominating and corporate governance committee of the board has nominated Nathaniel Kaeding for election at the annual meeting of shareholders April 19.

Kaeding, a retired NFL player, is the director of business development and client relations for construction management and real estate development firm Build to Suit Inc.

* Wellsboro, Pa.-based Citizens & Northern Corp. — which will hold its 2018 annual meeting of shareholders April 19 — said that Bobbi Kilmer was nominated as a class I director for a term expiring at the 2021 annual meeting.

Kilmer has been the president and CEO of Claverack Rural Electric Cooperative since 2006. She also serves as the co-President and CEO of C&T Enterprises Inc.

* Morgan Rector will be named Comerica Bank's California market president, effective April 13.

Rector — who currently serves as the bank's entertainment group president and regional manager of wealth management for the Ventura and Los Angeles County Region — will succeed Judith Love as California market president. Love plans to retire in June.

Comerica Bank is a unit of Comerica Inc.

* Shepherdstown, W.Va.-based Jefferson Security Bank named Sara Wasson director of marketing and community relations.

She has more than seven years of experience in marketing and business development.

* Lawrence Doyle is resigning from the boards of Irvington, N.Y.-based Sunnyside Bancorp Inc. and of unit Sunnyside Federal Savings and Loan Association of Irvington, effective March 31.

Doyle serves as the president and CEO at Katierich Asset Management LLC, SNL records show.

* Richard Zona will not stand for re-election, and will retire from TCF Financial Corp.'s board, effective upon the expiration of his current term immediately before the Wayzata, Minn.-based company's annual meeting of stockholders April 25.

Zona, a certified public accountant, serves as the chairman and CEO at Zona Financial LLC, SNL records show.
