Chinese agricultural product supplier Farmmi Inc. on Feb. 21 closed its initial public offering on the Nasdaq Capital Market.
Farmmi offered 1,680,000 ordinary shares priced at $4 per share, targeting gross proceeds of $6,720,000. Underwriters were also offered a 45-day period to buy up to 252,000 additional ordinary shares at the IPO price.
Shares started trading on Nasdaq on Feb. 16 under the ticker symbol FAMI.
ViewTrade Securities Inc. acted as the sole underwriter and book-running manager for the offering.
