Thomas Harney retired as head of merchant banking and capital markets of Ladder Capital Corp., effective March 15. He will continue to advise the mortgage real estate investment trust.

Ladder Capital CFO Marc Fox assumed leadership of the capital markets team.

Robert Selander will not stand for re-election as director of Western Union Co. at the company's annual shareholders meeting. His retirement was a personal decision.

Selander joined the money transfer company in July 2014. He was CEO of Mastercard Inc. and MasterCard International Inc. until July 2010.

Gregory Rosenberry is retiring as independent director of Shippensburg, Pa.-based Orrstown Financial Services Inc.

Rosenberry's retirement will take effect at Orrstown Financial's annual meeting on April 30. He has been a director of the company and Orrstown Bank since 1997.

Rosenberry is president and general partner of Rosenberry Family LP, according to information from S&P Global Market Intelligence. He is also the president and owner of Tri-Valley Forestry Inc.
