Bank of America Corp.'s consumer and small business division is planning to hire 10,000 individuals from low- and moderate-income communities over the next five years.

BofA, through its Pathways program, is partnering with nonprofit organizations to provide professional skills training and career pathways to prepare candidates for job opportunities with the bank.
