Henderson, Texas-based VeraBank NA named Todd Engemoen a board member, The Marshall (Texas) News Messenger reported.

Engemoen is the CFO of the bank, a unit of VeraBank Inc.

Financial Services

Legg Mason Inc. elected Stephen Hooley to its board.

Hooley is the former chairman, president and CEO of DST Systems Inc.

Skelly succeeded Ross Servick, who left to pursue another opportunity.
