Henderson, Texas-based VeraBank NA named Todd Engemoen a board member, The Marshall (Texas) News Messenger reported.

Engemoen is the CFO of the bank, a unit of VeraBank Inc.

Legg Mason Inc. elected Stephen Hooley to its board.

Hooley is the former chairman, president and CEO of DST Systems Inc.


Schroders appointed Michelle Skelly head of Canada, Pensions & Investments reported.

Skelly succeeded Ross Servick, who left to pursue another opportunity.

Skelly will continue as institutional sales director in Canada in addition to assuming the new position.
