Scotia Corredora de Bolsa Chile taps new chairman

Scotia Corredora de Bolsa Chile SA has named Paul Misle Couldridge to be a director and the chairman of its board, according to a securities filing dated June 2.

In addition, the board accepted the resignation of director David Sauer, whose replacement will be designated in a future board meeting.
