Bank of the Sierra names first risk chief

Porterville, Calif.-based Bank of the Sierra named Matthew Macia executive vice president and chief risk officer.

Macia is the bank's first chief risk officer. He previously was chief risk officer and managing director at TIAA-CREF in Charlotte, N.C.
