Solar Alliance Energy Inc. signed an agreement with BE Trilogy Solar Project LLC affiliate Sundamental LLC to potentially develop a 25-MW pipeline of up to 18 solar projects in New Jersey, Illinois, Texas and California.

Under the agreement, Solar Alliance would have an an exclusive option to provide construction management or full engineer, procurement and construction services for the projects. The estimated capital construction cost of the projects is $39 million.

The agreement also grants Solar Alliance an option to contribute equity to any of the 18 projects.

In addition, Solar Alliance signed an agreement with BE Trilogy to provide construction management services for a 715-kW ground mount solar installation in Groveland, Fla.

Construction of began in May and the facility is scheduled for completion by the third quarter of 2019. Output of the project will be sold to Cascades of Groveland Homeowners Association.
