Mihaly Patai, who serves as CEO of UniCredit Bank Hungary Zrt., could join Magyar Nemzeti Bank as its new deputy governor, replacing Ferenc Gerhardt, Reuters reported March 12, citing Hungarian radio station Klubradio.

Patai is expected to join the Hungarian central bank's board after Gerhardt's term expires April 21, the report said.
