Private equity firm Apse Capital Ltd. acquired a majority stake in Ultima Business Solutions Ltd.

Following the transaction, financial details of which were not disclosed, Ultima founder Max McNeill became a minority shareholder in the company, according to an Aug. 5 news release.

Apse Capital was advised by Kemp Little in the transaction. The private equity firm specializes in buyout and development capital investment opportunities.
