Montea Comm. VA will share its logistics space through Airbnb's new Stockspots online platform that launched in Belgium May 16.

The industrial real estate investment trust said it will be the first to offer storage facilities in the country through the platform, which made its debut in the Netherlands in 2017 and offers 500 registered warehouses.

Under the online logistics platform, businesses in search of warehouse space for a short term can rent it from companies that have an excess of it.

Montea said it plans to put up a hundred warehouses with available space online by autumn.
