Huishang Bank lowers FY'17 dividend

Huishang Bank Corp. Ltd. proposed a cash dividend of 2.5 Chinese fen per share for the 2017 full year, down from the prior year's cash dividend of 6.1 fen per share.

The company's board also proposed an issuance of 1 bonus share for every 10 shares to all shareholders. The bonus share will be issued at 1 yuan apiece.

The dividend, which is subject to shareholder approval, will be paid on or before July 27 to shareholders on record as of June 7.

As of March 23, US$1 was equivalent to 6.31 Chinese yuan.
