Arrow Minerals Ltd. threatened to sue Dreadnought Resources Ltd. over the alleged misuse of confidential information regarding the latter's acquisition of the Illaara gold project in Western Australia from Newmont Goldcorp Corp.

Arrow believes that it is entitled to Dreadnought's interest in the project and that Dreadnought is holding the project on trust for Arrow, according to an Aug. 5 release by Dreadnought.

Dreadnought said it will defend the claim if Arrow files suit and is seeking appropriate legal advice.
