Randall & Quilter's joint CEO steps down

Roger Sellek has resigned as executive director and joint CEO of Randall & Quilter Investment Holdings Ltd., effective immediately.

The company did not provide an explanation for his departure in a two-paragraph disclosure.

The news comes after it was announced that William Spiegel was named executive director and deputy group chairman. He will become executive group chairman when co-founder Ken Randall steps down in about a year.
