Woodside, Calif.-based Main Street Bank to acquire First Colorado Financial

Woodside, Calif.-based Main Street Bank Corp. applied with the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco to acquire Paonia, Colo.-based First Colorado Financial Corp. and unit First Colorado National Bank.

First Colorado Financial President Brad Harding declined to provide more information on the deal when contacted by S&P Global Market Intelligence.

First Colorado Financial operates two branches in Delta County, Colo., which are ranked sixth with a 10% share of approximately $518.02 million in total market deposits, according to S&P Global Market Intelligence data. The company had total consolidated assets of $69.3 million as of Dec. 31, 2018.
