Plains All American announces management changes at Canadian subsidiary

Plains All American Pipeline LP revealed a raft of retirements and promotions in its executive team and that of its subsidiary Plains Midstream Canada ULC.

Dave Duckett retired as CEO of Plains Midstream Canada after holding the position since 2015. Duckett also served as president of the company from 2003 to 2015. Jason Balasch will be taking the role of president and some of Duckett's previous responsibilities. Balasch previously served as executive vice president for NGL, commercial and facilities.

Rick Jensen, who has served as executive vice president of operations since he joined Plains Midstream Canada in 2012, also retired and will serve in an advisory role until the end of the year. David Craig retired as senior vice president for corporate development.

Phil Kramer retired as executive vice president at Plains All American. He had been in charge of U.S. lease gathering, human resources and supply chain management since 2008. Jim Fryfogle, vice president for bulk supply and logistics, will retire in mid-2017.

Jeremy Goebel was promoted to senior vice president for acquisitions and strategic planning at Plains All American after having served as vice president since 2015. Plains All American also promoted Roy Lamoreaux to vice president of investor relations and communications.
