Keurig Dr Pepper strategy chief resigns

Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. said Jan. 14 that Phillip Hancock resigned as chief strategy and emerging brands officer of the company, effective Jan. 18.

The U.S. beverages company, which was formed following a merger between Dr Pepper Snapple Group Inc. and Keurig Green Mountain Inc., did not disclose the reason behind Hancock's exit.

The announcement came shortly after Keurig Dr Pepper appointed CEO Bob Gamgort as executive chairman, effective immediately.
