India's YES BANK Ltd. plans to issue US$600 million of fixed-rate notes Feb. 6.
The five-year notes carry a 3.75% coupon, the lender said in a Feb. 2 release.
They are part of the bank's US$1 billion medium-term note program.
The notes will be listed on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Ltd., the International Securities Market of the London Stock Exchange and the India International Exchange IFSC Ltd.
