Asia-Pacific markets improve broadband speeds despite COVID-19 impact unit drops plan to buy interests in Weeden Prime Services Inc. subsidiary tZERO Group Inc. no longer plans to enter into a definitive agreement to acquire 81% of Weeden Prime Services LLC's outstanding membership interests.

TZERO in early 2018 entered into a letter of intent for the deal with a value of $18 million. The deal was expected to be completed through a series of transactions starting in the third quarter. However, in October, tZERO told Weeden that it decided not to pursue those agreements.
