Los Angeles-based City National Bank appointed Linda Duncombe executive vice president of marketing and product strategies. Duncombe was previously the global head of design for Citibank's Global Consumer Bank and the chief marketing officer and head of growth for Citi FinTech.
Duncombe succeeds Thomas Miller, who is retiring. Miller will remain with the Royal Bank of Canada subsidiary until the end of January.
