NorthWestern issues $100M of mortgage bonds

NorthWestern Energy issued and sold $100 million of 3.98% its Montana first mortgage bonds due Sept. 17, 2049.

The bonds were issued pursuant to a delayed draw provision from a bond purchase agreement dated June 26, the company said in a Sept. 20 Form 8-K filing.

NorthWestern Energy is legally known as NorthWestern Corp.
