Santander Consumer Finance issues €500M bonds

Santander Consumer Finance SA issued €500 million in international bonds, Cbonds reported May 17.

The notes, which will mature May 30, 2023, carry a fixed-rate 0.875% coupon.

Banco Santander, Barclays, ING Wholesale Banking London and JP Morgan served as book runners on the transaction.

Banco Santander SA is the parent of Santander Consumer Finance.
