BancFirst, Robinhood Markets appoint board members

Banking

Oklahoma City-based BancFirst Corp. added Joe Goyne to its board, effective Oct. 7. His term will expire at the May 2020 annual shareholder meeting.

Goyne is the chairman and CEO of the company's unit Pegasus Bank.

New York-based CIT Group Inc. appointed Bob McElyea as managing director to head the merchant and card initiative in the treasury and payment services group.

McElyea joins from U.S. Bank where he was senior vice president and regional sales manager in the global treasury management group.

Gettysburg, Pa.-based ACNB Bank hired Christopher Grimm as vice president and commercial loan officer.

Grimm is the former board chairman of Greencastle-Antrim Chamber of Commerce and president of Greencastle Rotary Club.

ACNB Corp. is the parent company of ACNB Bank.

Financial services

David Lowman, Freddie Mac's executive vice president of single-family business, will step down, effective on or about Nov. 1.

Senior Vice President and Single-Family Chief Risk Officer Donna Corley will become interim head of single-family.

The company is looking at external and internal candidates to fill the position.
