Hastings Group CFO to retire, be replaced by MS Amlin exec

Richard Hoskins will retire as Hastings Group Holdings PLC group CFO after being with the business since April 2015.

He will be succeeded by John Worth, group CFO of MS Amlin PLC. Worth is set to join the Hastings Group board of directors within the next few months.

MS Amlin said in a separate statement that Worth will remain in the role of CFO for the time being and that it is already searching for his successor. He joined MS Amlin in November 2017.

Elsewhere in the company, MS Amlin named Chris Hayward to the new position of chief underwriting officer in Bermuda, effective Jan. 1, The Royal Gazette reported. He had been leading the company's North American property team in Bermuda and was hired by MS Amlin in 2015.
