Ocwen Financial chief accounting officer to resign

Catherine Dondzila, senior vice president and chief accounting officer of Ocwen Financial Corp., will resign from the company.

Dondzila's last day of active employment was May 15, and her employment will officially end May 31. She was named chief accounting officer in March 2013, according to S&P Global Market Intelligence data.

Ocwen Financial said it has initiated a review of internal and external candidates to be the next chief accounting officer.
