Guotai Junan International issues US$200M of notes

Guotai Junan International Holdings Ltd. issued US$200 million of 4.250% notes due 2022.

The notes were issued under the company's HK$15 billion medium-term note program to professional investors. The company said Jan. 14 that it has made an application to the Hong Kong stock exchange and expects to list the notes on or about Jan. 15.

Guotai Junan International, BOSC International, China CITIC Bank International, HSBC, ICBC (Asia), OCBC Bank and Shanghai Pudong Development Bank's Hong Kong branch served as joint global coordinators, joint lead managers and joint book runners for the issue.

China-based Guotai Junan Securities Co. Ltd. is the parent of Guotai Junan International.
