Dadi Early-Childhood Education Q3 profit climbs 13.5% YOY

Dadi Early-Childhood Education Group Ltd. said its third-quarter normalized net income amounted to NT$2.31 per share, a gain from NT$2.22 per share in the prior-year period.

Normalized net income, which excludes unusual gains or losses on a pre- and after-tax basis, was NT$84.0 million, a gain of 13.5% from NT$74.0 million in the prior-year period.

The normalized profit margin fell to 37.1% from 37.3% in the year-earlier period.

Total revenue increased 14.3% on an annual basis to NT$226.7 million from NT$198.3 million, and total operating expenses grew on an annual basis to NT$91.8 million from NT$90.8 million.

Reported net income rose 13.8% on an annual basis to NT$97.4 million, or NT$2.67 per share, from NT$85.6 million, or NT$2.57 per share.
