Hansae Yes24 Holdings Co. Ltd said its second-quarter normalized net income was 44.01 South Korean won per share, a decline of 69.0% from 141.80 won per share in the prior-year period.
Normalized net income, which excludes unusual gains or losses on a pre- and after-tax basis, was 1.76 billion won, a decline of 69.0% from 5.67 billion won in the prior-year period.
The normalized profit margin dropped to 0.4% from 1.6% in the year-earlier period.
Total revenue climbed 19.5% year over year to 435.82 billion won from 364.55 billion won, and total operating expenses increased 17.5% year over year to 412.86 billion won from 351.26 billion won.
Reported net income increased from the prior-year period to 6.05 billion won, or 151.19 won per share, from 5.89 billion won, or 147.14 won per share.
As of Aug. 17, US$1 was equivalent to 1,183.06 South Korean won.
