Chinese personal products maker Hengan International Group Co. Ltd. bought back 3,149,000 shares between Dec. 31, 2018, and Jan. 3, according to a Hong Kong Stock Exchange filing.
The company repurchased 1,543,500 shares on Dec. 31, 2018, at a price range of HK$56.1 to HK$57 apiece, for a total consideration of HK$87.7 million.
Hengan bought back 546,500 shares on Jan. 2 for HK$31.1 million, paying between HK$55.9 and HK$57 for each share.
On Jan. 3, the maker of sanitary napkins and baby diapers paid a total of HK$60.3 million to repurchase 1,059,000 shares priced between HK$56.2 to HK$57.
Hengan previously repurchased 5,625,500 of its common shares for about HK$318.8 million from Dec. 24, 2018, to Dec. 28, 2018. Year to date, the company bought back a total of 16,082,500 shares.
