FCA Compañía Financiera to offer 500M Argentine pesos in bonds

Argentina's FCA Compañía Financiera SA's board on Feb. 27 approved the issuance of class XV bonds under a global bond program of securities amounting to up to $100.0 million.

The company will issue up to 500.0 million Argentine pesos in the offering, but the company did not specify the date for the operation.

As of Feb. 26, US$1 was equivalent to 20.05 Argentine pesos.
