Bank of Queensland director to retire

Bank of Queensland Ltd. nonexecutive director Richard Haire decided to retire from the bank's board.

Haire will step down after the lender's announcement of its fiscal 2020 half-year results, which is scheduled for April 8, 2020, according to its website.

Haire was appointed to the board in April 2012.

In addition, the bank said Ewen Stafford's appointment as CFO and COO will take effect Nov. 11.
