Old Dominion Electric appoints board chair, vice chair

Old Dominion Electric Cooperative's board on July 30 elected three new members to its board of directors with terms expiring in 2022.

The board appointed Kent Farmer as board chair, John Lee as vice chairman and Jeffery Edwards as secretary/treasurer, according to an Aug. 1 news release.

Farmer is the president and CEO of Rappahannock Electric Cooperative; Lee is the president and CEO of Mecklenburg Electric Cooperative Inc.; and Edwards is the president and CEO of Southside Electric Cooperative Inc.
