GM Financial offering notes due 2023, 2026

General Motors Financial Co. Inc. is offering notes due Aug. 20, 2023, and Aug. 20, 2026.

The notes due 2023 have a principal of $5.4 million and will pay 2.900% interest, while the notes due 2026 have a principal of $8.2 million and will pay 3.500% interest. Both notes will make interest payments on a semiannual basis, with the first payment set to be made Feb. 20, 2020.

GM Financial can fully redeem the notes starting Aug. 20, 2020, and then on a semiannual basis with 30 calendar days' notice.

The trade date of the notes was Aug. 19 and the settlement date is Aug. 22.

Incapital LLC is the purchasing agent of the offering, while BofA Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley, RBC Capital Markets and Wells Fargo Advisors are the agents.
