Alfa-Bank Ukraine's general manager to step down in October

Ivan Svitek decided to resign as general manager of Ukraine-based JSC Alfa-Bank's council and will leave the lender in October, after its legal merger with JSC Ukrsotsbank.

Svitek, who also serves as chairman of the board at Ukrsotsbank, will be replaced by Rafał Juszczak, who serves as member of Alfa-Bank Ukraine's supervisory board and also is the СEO of CJSC Alfa-Bank in Belarus.

Juszczak has more than 22 years' experience in the financial sector, having held senior positions at various lenders including PKO Bank Polski SA and JSC First Ukrainian International Bank.
