Swiss Prime Site unit buys 3 buildings in Winterthur, Switzerland

Swiss Prime Site AG unit Swiss Prime Site Immobilien AG completed the purchase of three buildings through the acquisition of Bellevue-Bau AG from the fenaco LANDI Foundation for an undisclosed amount.

The fully let buildings stand on two land plots spanning 7,534 square meters and are next to the Roter Turm tower in Winterthur, Switzerland. The towers offer a total floor area of 22,700 square meters and produce CHF 5.4 million in annual rental income. The Zurich University of Applied Sciences and Fenaco are principal tenants of the assets.

Following the deal, Swiss Prime Site now owns the Roter Turm tower and all the redbrick buildings next to it, according to a release.
