Clarion Capital Partners raises $427M fund

Lower-middle-market private equity firm Clarion Capital Partners LLC has raised its newest fund, Clarion Investors III LP, with total capital commitments of $427 million.

The fund was oversubscribed beyond its initial target of $350 million and an initial hard cap of $425 million.

The fund received capital commitments from a globally diverse group of investors, including public pension funds, corporate pension funds, insurance companies, funds of funds, endowments, foundations and global family offices.
