For the quarter, adjusted FFO gained 9.3% year over year on a per-share basis to $497.6 million, or $5.87 per share, from $428.1 million, or $5.37 per share.

Revenues for the quarter came to $1.38 billion, a 9.7% gain from $1.26 billion in the year-ago period.
