Freddie Mac prices $1.2B structured pass-through certificates offering

Freddie Mac priced an approximately $1.2 billion offering of its structured pass-through K-F42 certificates, which are backed by floating-rate multifamily mortgages.

The certificates are backed by corresponding classes issued by the FREMF 2017-KF42 mortgage trust and are guaranteed by Freddie Mac. The securities are expected to settle on or about Feb. 27.

Wells Fargo Securities LLC and PNC Capital Markets LLC are co-lead managers and joint book runners for the offering. Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC, KGS-Alpha Capital Markets LP and Multi-Bank Securities Inc. are co-managers.
