Huatai Securities to redeem 3B yuan of bonds

Huatai Securities Co. Ltd. plans to redeem 3 billion yuan of subordinated bonds that it issued in 2016, according to a Sept. 4 release.

The three-year notes carry a coupon rate of 3.12%, with an option for redemption by the issuer after two years.

As of Sept. 3, US$1 was equivalent to 6.82 Chinese yuan.
