Frasers Centrepoint Ltd.'s unit plans to issue S$52 million of 4.15% fixed-rate notes due 2027, which will be consolidated with its previous issuance of S$398 million of notes with the same coupon rate and maturity to form a single series.
FCL Treasury Pte. Ltd. will offer the additional bonds on April 6 at a price of 100% of the notes' principal amount, plus accrued interest from and including Feb. 23 to, but excluding, April 6. It will issue the notes under a S$5.0 billion multicurrency debt issuance program.
Oversea-Chinese Banking Corp. Ltd. is the sole global coordinator, lead manager and book runner for the issuance.
Frasers Centrepoint said net proceeds from the offering will be used for general corporate purposes, including the refinancing of existing borrowings, funding for investments and general working capital, among other purposes.
As of March 30, US$1 was equivalent to S$1.39.
