Banque de Tunisie et des Emirats' majority shareholders plan to sell stake

Banque de Tunisie et des Emirats SA's majority stakeholders are planning to sell their 77.8% shareholding in the bank's capital through a tender, Reuters reported Dec. 6, citing a bank statement.

The shareholders, Tunisia and the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority, will open the tender from Dec. 11 until Jan. 15, the report noted.

Rothschild Bank and KPMG Tunisie will serve as advisers for the deal.
